Susan McKay Wellness

Hello and welcome to Susan McKay Wellness, which seeks to find The Confidence in YOU.  Do you sometimes feel that life has got you in a whirlwind as you play the juggling act of getting kids to school, sorting your work life out, organising dinners, lunches and breakfasts?  Oh and don’t forget your husband / partner … where do they come in your daily life balance?  As you fly around the room, the country and, truth be told, off the handle, do you feel as if you are just not taking care of you?  Truth be told, that’s me.  My aim in life was to please everyone around me and do what was necessary to complete the shovel of dirt thrown at me but in the meantime, I let myself go.

With many accolades under my belt – degrees from St Andrews and Bedfordshire and my Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the above paragraph describes me to a tee.  So what happens?  You lose YOU.  You forget who YOU are.  You don’t take care of YOU.  The end result … you have no confidence left, you feel drained, overwhelmed and well just stuck in a rut.

Hence, I’ve created Susan McKay Wellness.  If you don’t believe in YOU, then no-one will.  Are you ready to take control of YOUR life?  Are you ready to get back in the driving seat and make YOU the top priority?  Are you ready to find your happiness, your get up and go again?  Then let’s make it happen.   Going it alone can be hard but when you work with someone, it can be so much better.  You can share your thoughts and hurdles, you can work together and by the end of it all, we will have found The Confidence in You and you will be back to the Confident You.
